At home tooth whitening is a tooth whitening procedure you can do at the comfort of your house. It's designed such that you can easily use it. The main ingredient of tooth whitening gel is carbon amide peroxide. It's very effective and safe to use.

During at home tooth whitening, you make an impression of your teeth with the easy-to-use instant mold-able mouthpieces. You will then apply the tooth whitening gel such that it goes into the mouthpiece. Then place the mouthpiece over your teeth. However, it takes between 9 to 35 hours of total whitening time to complete the tooth whitening system.

The quantity of gel you need is 5ml per mouthpiece for one application. When your whitening gel is not enough for your use, you can increase the time you wear the mouthpiece for each application so that your tooth whitening gel will last a little for you.
